Marj brings her experience and energy to support organizations in rethinking every aspect of how they work, while engaging associates in new ways so that everyone contributes to their full potential. Her skills and application background include statistics, re-engineering, organizational development, workflow design and analytics.
Marj earned her BS in Metallurgical Engineering from Missouri Science and Technology and her MS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A & M. She also completed her graduate level courses for an MS in Applied Statistics at Iowa State University. She is an original Master Black Belt and Sensei in Six Sigma techniques and Lean Manufacturing.
She has coached people on more than 350 projects from chip manufacturing to full healthcare revenue cycle redesign. She has worked globally with companies like Xerox, PPG, AlliedSignal Aerospace (now Honeywell) and domestically with IBM, CHRISTUS Health, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Houston Healthcare, Maine Health and Regional One Health.
When she is not reinventing work, Marj can be found SCUBA diving, spearing lionfish in the Caribbean, or taking underwater photos. She is currently working towards her first level of technical diving.
Marj’s rescue dog, an Akita, Mystic, joins her in the office providing both security and amusement.
Marj loves to travel anywhere to gain new perspectives and meet the locals.

Mischa is passionate about working with teams to design and help leaders create and run Peak Performance Organizations. His background spans across engineering, business process design, operations, financial analysis and organizational development.
He holds a Diplom Ingenieur (Master's Degree) in Aeronautical Engineering (Technical University of Munich), an MBA (University of Rochester), and is a Master Black Belt / Sensei in Six Sigma & Lean.
Mischa has been reinventing the way work is done for over 20 years across applications like Global Change Control for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, establishing a Patient Access Pre-Services Center for Piedmont Health, creating a new way of operating revenue cycles for CHRISTUS Health, Houston Healthcare, Regional One Health, Kaiser Permanente and MaineHealth. Mischa also contributed to organizations such as BMW Rolls-Royce, Xerox, Special Devices, Sypris Electronics, PPG and AlliedSignal.
In his free time, Mischa is involved in General Aviation, spending time at his hanger, working on airplanes, or flying to other airports for breakfast with his daughter. He holds a private pilot license for single engine land and sea aircraft, as well as an instrument rating.
He likes working on and driving classic cars, with a belief that any car under the age of 25 years is not yet mature and still in the process of developing it's soul.
Mischa enjoys travel to some of his favorite destinations of Morocco, Nicaragua and Portugal (aside from his home country of Germany of course!).
